Roger Simmons has consulted for over 20 years to a wide range of leading Australasian organisations. His first consulting exposure was in corporate finance, where he successfully restructured the funding of a number of companies. From the late 1980s, he specialised in business improvement and business positioning. This included managing divisions within larger organisations to turn around performance and to launch new products and services.

From this base, Roger joined the consulting arm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where, as well as successfully managing the larger and more complex assignments, he also undertook numerous high profile assignments in strategy implementation, business improvement and marketing in both the public and private sectors.

This background gives Roger a very broad and deep commercial base. He has worked extensively with senior executive teams, and in company management at a senior level. He understands the issues faced, particularly with finance arrangements and the funding of assets within the business. The ERA offering fits extremely well with Roger's experience and skill base. It allows him to improve the effectiveness of his clients rather than just seeking gains through efficiencies.

Roger holds undergraduate degrees in Engineering and Business, as well as an MBA.

His clients have included Port Nelson, Port of Napier, L'Oreal, Scales Corporation Ltd and Summerset Group Ltd.
