Russell Lamond was a senior manager for LWR Industries Ltd, where he held a number of executive roles in Personnel, Corporate Services and General Management. His last position with LWR was as MD, LWR (Far East), based in Hong Kong.
He also ran his own consultancy company, contracting to various organisations in both the private and public sectors. Russell has valuable experience of working not only in New Zealand but also in Asia and South Africa, dealing with a wide range of people at various levels from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.
Russell's experience and background has equipped him with a skill set that is ideally suited to the many different organisations and expense areas common to ERA's client base.
