In his 33 years with Sprint, Charles Warren held numerous management and executive positions encompassing responsibilities across the entire value chain, from Network Operations to Research and Development. As Network Operations Control Manager, he led the planning and development of fiber optic survivability plans; as Technology Development Director, he was instrumental in creating the Concept Realization Center, an innovation and product-development lab.

Warren has a M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ).

Warren practices in Kansas and Montana.
